What we collect, and what we do with it.

The Daisy collects personal information in two places: the residence registration form and the leasing enquiry form. This page explains what happens to it. If anything here is unclear, ask us and we will answer plainly.

In effect since August 20, 2026.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form. We do not buy lists, and we do not track you across other websites.

Your name
So we can address you properly when we reply.
Your email address
To answer your enquiry and, if you registered for updates, to send them.
Your phone number, if you give one
An alternative way to reach you. It is optional and you can leave it blank.
Which residence or workspace interests you
So we can tell you about the spaces you actually asked about.
Your organisation, if you give one
Only on the leasing enquiry form, so we know who we are speaking for. It is optional and you can leave it blank.
Your IP address, briefly
Counted for one minute to stop automated form abuse, then discarded the next time anyone submits a form. It is never stored against your details.

What we use it for

To reply to you, and to send occasional updates about The Daisy: planning and approval milestones, residence availability, and community programming. That is the whole list. We do not sell your details, rent them, or share them with anyone outside the project team.

Your consent, and how to withdraw it

Registering for updates is how you consent to receiving them. You can withdraw that consent at any time and we will stop. There is no penalty and you do not have to give a reason.

Email hello@citrusblend.club and ask to be removed. We act on requests within ten business days.

No marketing email has been sent yet. Nothing goes out until the postal address below is confirmed, so if you have registered you have not missed anything.

Where it is stored, and who can read it

Submissions go into a database hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which serves this website. Nothing on this site can read that database back out: the forms can only add to it, and there is no public page or address that returns what is in it.

Reading it requires the project’s own hosting credentials, and only the project team holds those.

Because Cloudflare, Inc. operates a global network, your information may be stored or processed outside Canada, where it can be subject to the laws of the country it is held in.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while The Daisy is an active project and you still want to hear from us. If you ask to be removed, we delete your record rather than flagging it as inactive. Automated abuse-prevention counters cover a one-minute window and are cleared the next time a form is submitted.

Seeing or correcting what we hold

You can ask what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Registering again with the same email address updates your existing record rather than creating a second one. If you have both registered for updates and sent a leasing enquiry, those are held separately, and a request to be removed covers both.

Who is responsible

Brawn Family Foundation is accountable for the personal information described here.
